![]() ![]() Earlier on in the story it’s mentioned that Kaori has no connection with her parents, so she’s really only got Tadashi. Take away the characters names and you still have an innocent girl who’s been turned into a monster, and the last thing she thinks she sees is her boyfriend abandoning her. Some people might say that Tadashi and Kaori’s relationship wasn’t developed enough, but I didn’t find that to be an issue. Yoshiyama together, causing tears to fall from her dead white eyes really got me. Gyo was creepy enough early on, but I got that shiver up my spine once I found out that Kaori was still conscious. ![]() Ive heard many people say Gyo is average and not his best work, however I was very much impressed with this story. As I’m writing this I just finished Gyo a few minutes ago. ![]()
